Spa Policies

In order to provide everyone with the full Me Time experience with little mishaps, please review our policies before booking or purchasing a Groupon. Thank you.

Booking

All services require a $25 deposit due at the time of booking, no later than 48 hours before request appointment time. This deposit will guarantee your slot and will go towards the total amount of your service(s) at check out. While we do offer walk-ins/same day appointments they are limited. For Groupons, your voucher is redeemed at the time of booking, and will serve as your deposit.

We have a 15 minute grace period for appointments. This time will be deducted from your service time. After 15 minutes you must reschedule, and you will lose your deposit. 

Cancellations

You may reschedule your appointment up-to 24 hours prior to your confirmed time. Once your appointment is confirmed you will be held to our no-show policy. Failure to make your appointment will result in forfeiture of your service deposit. You may reschedule once per deposit. For Groupons, you will lose your session, or one of your sessions for those with a multi-service voucher. There are NO REFUNDS.

Fees

All services will be assessed a 10% Service fee. Groupons will have a flat service fee of $10 per person. These fees ARE NOT tips.

Tips

While tipping is not required our providers do appreciate the gesture. You may tip them directly in cash or add the amount at checkout.
